Delivered in less than 20 minutes after ordering, and filet mignon cubes were outstanding. Great flavor, cooked perfect. Dumplings juicy and substantial. Ordering again tonight.

Delivery takes much longer than listed and the receptionist states that they don't fill seamless orders as they come in, but wait.

When the sushi is fresh, it’s fabulous! But when it’s not, it's pretty bad. I would say that the freshness of their sushi fluctuates quite a bit- and also depends on what type of fish you order from them.

The food took over 45 minutes when the delivery time was 15-30. The sushi was ok, but the miso was disappointingly not vegetarian.

The food from this place is fine, but I have tried them twice because of all the great reviews and both times they have been late and then tried to deliver to the wrong address, both times this has resulted in multiple phone calls and then cold food when it finally does arrive. I'm a Seamless Web regular and have not had this issue with any other restaurant.

My co-worker and I ordered today and it was pretty delicious. I had the hot and sour soup and general tso's, he had hunan chicken. The soup was not so good, it had these weird stringy things that you can't chew through and the mushrooms were really rubbery and gross, but the rest was great. Big portions that are totally good for a two-fer.

decent for a neighborhood multi-asian fare. but as with any restaurant that tries to offer too much variety, they are jacks of all trades but masters of none. still, for the price and convenience of location if you're in the neighborhood, it's okay.

The estimate for the order was 15-30 minutes - it is now been an hour and half since I ordered. When I called after an hour they assured me its on the way - but it's still not here. If the food isn't totally amazing and warm - I'll never order from here again.

Consistently good food and super quick delivery. The spinach dumplings and sushi rolls are awesome. Chinese is basic and the sashimi is fine but I'd still pick a true sushi joint for that.

Terrible. Skimpy portions for way too much money that don't taste good. We got shrimp tempura that was cold and not battered with tempura, essentially hard fried shrimp. Oh yeah, they cut the shrimp into little bites so you can't they're shortchanging you. Crispy beef was not crispy. salmon teriyaki came with congealed teriyaki sauce on the side. Will not go back, cannot understand how they had 5 stars.

The quality of the food was average but I was very disappointed by the service from Friend House. I had just moved to the neighborhood and live around the corner from the resturant. It was over an hour and 1/2 before the food was delivered even though I had been given a window of 30-45 minutes. In that time period I called twice (after 50 minutes and then a 1/2 hour later) and was assured that the food was out for delivery. The second time I called, they first told me they didn't have my order, then it was out for delivery before finally saying it had yet to be made. I was also charged full price when it finally arrived 20 minutes later - if I was not delirious from hunger at that point I would have contested. I will not be ordering from here again.

The food took an hour to arrive. I got the shrimp shumai dumplings and the spinach dumplings. All pretty mediocre. I am from sf though, and have pretty high standards for dumplings. Really nothing special here though.

We order from here regularly, and the food is reliably good and the service is unbelievably efficient. Hot & Sour soup is filled with many kinds of mushrooms - excellent; Moo Shu, crystal dumplings and cold sesame noodles are all great. Highly recommended

Ordered my vegetables steamed (dietary restrictions) and they were sauteed heavily in oil. I called to check and ask for steamed ones and they swore that the vegetables were steamed. I'm looking at a pool of oil in the bottom of the container. Sushi was not very fresh also.

The food was actually delicious, as it usually is. However, (and I hope you're reading this, owner/manager), the delivery person was awful. No - he was wretched. He either doesn't know how phone/telecom systems work, or he is willfully stupid. If it's the former, you (owner) need to educate him. If it's the latter, then you (owner) need to fire him. After calls from him through my intercom and calls from his/your cell, he couldn't get in. I tested the system myself, and had successfully received an order from the store not 20 minutes before he arrived, so I am inclined to believe he didn't want to climb the stairs. He was either lazy or incapable. if it's the latter, then you (owner) need to decide if he's uneducated or stupid, and cull as necessary. I intend to order your food again, because it's delicious, but if I have that experience again, I'll stop.

food is of low quality and not fresh. a simple meal like stir fried broccoli should be cake to prepare, but this place managed to screw it up. also, the lady who picks up the phone when you complain doesn't want to hear it so she hangs up on you.

Highly recommend the Shrimp Shumai, best in the city. Also, the least greasy Chinese food I've had by delivery in the city. Very good go-to Chinese delivery.

Really good food but your food can be wrong even when ordering online. For example, they constantly send ginger ale instead of seltzer water and make the sushi with seaweed on the outside instead of inside out like i ordered. So, maybe they're a little careless.

I'm not a fan of this place. Both dishes I ordered were bland and tasteless. To add to the issues, this place is not cheap. Pricey, tasteless, and slow? Not a good combination in my opinion. Definitely better options for Chinese food in the city.

The food came quickly, but who knew so much could go so wrong? Raw braised beef is an oxymoron and this stock was so fatty I can hardly call it meat; bones in my sashimi; and then a piece of bell pepper so tough I hurt my tooth. Gross!
